Drug 'War'

Trump’s
‘War’
The
United States Military Code of Justice specifically prohibits firing on
Shipwrecked Survivors –
The most notorious case was the Peleus incident of March 1944, which became a landmark prosecution for war crimes at sea. After the German U-boat U-852 sank the Greek freighter Peleus in the South Atlantic, Commander Heinz-Wilhelm Eck ordered his crew to systematically machine-gun survivors on life rafts and in the water for several hours.

The Peleus was bound from Freetown to the River Plate...
'Nobody on the tramp saw the surfaced U-boat chasing them; consequently, by 19:20hrs. the U-852 was only 600 yards away when Eck fired two torpedoes, both of which hit the target on the starboard side and caused devastating damage. The ship sank in less than three minutes, with no time to launch the lifeboats. Approximately 12 survivors found themselves in the water, clinging to rafts and floating debris'.
Eck's stated intention was to eliminate all traces of the sinking to prevent Allied forces from locating his submarine. This action went far beyond any claim of operational necessity or self-defense; it was a deliberate attempt to murder witnesses.
After the war, Eck and two of
his officers were captured, tried by a British military court, convicted of
war crimes, and executed. The Peleus trial established
clear legal precedent that orders to kill survivors constituted criminal
acts for which commanders bore personal responsibility, regardless of their
stated military rationale.
Therefore,
any Orders to Fire Upon Shipwrecked Survivors are Illegal Orders and Should
be Disobeyed.

Meanwhile,
Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes informs us - “My state is the fentanyl
funnel for the rest of the nation:
more
than half of all the fentanyl seized in this country every year is confiscated
in Arizona,”
“Instead of keeping up the fight against
illegal drugs here at home and working with states like Arizona to ensure that
communities across the country are safe, Trump has redirected the federal law
enforcement apparatus against American cities,” the attorney general wrote.

There
is so much wrong with the Trump Administration it’s hard to know where to
begin. Or end.
Advocate.
Organize. Oppose.

No truer words - "There is so much wrong with the Trump Administration it’s hard to know where to begin. Or end."
