This blatant, unprecedented effort to remove control and eliminate oversight by appropriate authorities is staggering. Trump seeks to consolidate Power and Control squarely within his sole grasp and coordinated by a select few at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Trump’s latest actions have no historical precedent in the U.S., with the possible exception of the Lincoln Administration during the Civil War, and FDR during WWII. In these cases, the country was in fact under threat by enemy forces and in very real danger of being completely overwhelmed. No such overwhelming situation exists today and is entirely manufactured by Trump and his cronies to justify the outright seizure of Governmental Control. ...
