Constitution ? Well...’I Don’t Know...’
Pres Trump, Who on 2 separate occasions Swore on a Bible, to
“Preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States", now says he ‘Doesn’t know’, If he must abide by it.
When asked by NBC’s Kristen Welker on Sunday’s Meet the Press, if as President, he is bound to abide the Constitution, he replied, ‘’I don’t know. I have to respond by saying, again, I have brilliant lawyers that work for me, and they are going to obviously follow what the Supreme Court said.”
He Doesn’t Know? WTF!?!
When asked by the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court at the Presidential Inauguration, if he Swears to ‘faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States’, he should have replied, ’I don’t know. I have brilliant lawyers that work for me, ...’.
On MTP, Trump said, ‘they’, (the, ‘brilliant lawyers’), “are going to obviously follow what the Supreme Court said.”
Except that they Don’t, ‘follow what the Supreme Court said’.
The Supreme Court in a Unanimous Decision (9 – 0), “said’ ’That President Trump’s Armed Force Deportation of Immigrants under the Alien Enemies Act was Unconstitutional, and that at least one, Abrego Garcia, should be returned to the U.S. at once.
And Trump, and all his ‘brilliant lawyers’ have failed to do so. Thus, the actual, real-time Constitutional Crisis is upon us – the U.S. Supreme Court has issued an Order to the Trump Administration, and Trump his Lawyers refuse to comply. So where does that leave us?
The Supreme Court Ruling specifically stated that the Government should work to ‘facilitate’ Abrego Garcia’s return, and the Government has taken no such action. In an Appellate Court hearing, the judge had to inform the brilliant lawyers that ‘facilitate’ is an Action Verb –requiring Action. (via Miriam Webster - to make (something) easier)
So far, there has been no such Action.
One of Trump’s primary advisors, Steven Miller (Not Brilliant, or even a Lawyer), is instrumental in directing Trump’s White House Strategy and Tactics and has been fundamental in orchestrating Trump’s Immigration Policies.
Conservative Judge Micheal Ludig has frequently remarked that Miller has been ‘shockingly mistaken’ regarding Constitutional interpretation and direction. Yet, Trump follows Miller’s direction without hesitation. Miller and his ilk are the main sources of current Constitutional Crisis.
On another cheery note, Healthcare ‘Reform’. For 16 years or so Republicans have been lamenting Obamacare and vowing repeatedly to overturn it. Trump even stated during the Campaign that he indeed, had a ‘Concept’ of Plan to Replace it. (16 Years on and Republicans have a ‘Concept’ [!]).
Because a Vast Majority of Americans Like, and Benefit from Obamacare, Republicans have failed at every turn to ‘Replace’ Obamacare (Affordable Care Act).
They’ve come up with a New Plan now to ‘Reform’ Healthcare – Defund Medicaid. (Please See *Medicaid*)

Former Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill recently remarked the Trump’s Tariff War is ‘the worst act of Political Suicide she’s ever seen’. MSNBC
I think the GOP House Medicaid Plan ranks a very close 2nd.
