 America has new face to present to the world stage. Thank God! (Really.) 

The previous, and current, Face America had to present was that of the despicable, deplorable, reprehensible Donald Trump. 

Now, (Thank God), a new Face of America. That of the ‘caring, patient understanding’ Face of Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost, now Pope Leo XIV. Deadline White House - MSNBC

Prior to Cardinal Prevost’s Elevation, the most prominent public face of American Catholics was that of J.D. Vance [ugh!]  

A plurality of the American Electorate elevated Donald J. Trump to a second term as President of the United States (POTUS). 

The College of Cardinals, in their Higher-Powered collective Group Conscious elevated Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost to Papacy of the Catholic Church. 

Cardinal Prevost has been internationally recognized as a vigorous and thoughtful advocate for Immigrants world-wide and recently for the over 3,000 Venezuelan Immigrants caught in limbo in El Salvador. The United States and other countries won’t accept them, and Venezuela won’t take them back. NBC

Finally, Thank God, there is a 2nd Opinion, (which in many circles will be considered the 1st Opinion), America has to offer to the International Community. Whenever Trump utters some deplorable nonsense for the World to consider, there is now an Internationally recognizable Face to offer thoughtful, patient, understanding and generous counsel.  

 

In other more Deplorable, Despicable News, the Head of FEMA was fired today, after testifying before Congress, that he disagrees with Trump's Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS) Director Kristi Noem [ugh!], and the President, that FEMA should be eliminated. 

Cameron Hamilton, a former Navy SEAL and previously DHS’s Chief of Emergency Medical Services, was dismissed as the Agency’s Director. Hamilton told Congress, “I do not believe it is in the best interest of the American people to eliminate the Federal Emergency Management Agency”. He was fired the next day and replaced with another acting administrator WSJ

Donald Trump, who avoided Military Service due to ‘bone spurs’, and Kristi Noem, who shot and killed her own 13-Month-Old Dog*, agree that the Nation’s Federal Emergency Managment Agency should be eliminated, and fired the former Navy SEAL. 

 *(Noem said ‘Cricket’ had an “aggressive personality” and was “untrainable). So she shot her. These are the people we have calling the shots (Beg pardon), in Washington. God Help Us.
